You performed a coronary angiogram on me through my arm. My name is S K and I would like to complement you on the procedure, it was painless and I felt amazingly relaxed throughout, within the 24 hrs following the entry point was healed over & needed no dressing. I started having chest pain. My GP eventually sent me for tests that reviled I was suffering from angina. I was sent to Medway hospital for more tests and an angiogram that reviled I had a 90% blocked artery to my heart. I was very nervous about the procedure but I have to say there was nothing at all to be worried about. The team of Doctors and nursing staff were excellent. They looked after me very well indeed. It was obvious to all how nervous I was but they told me what was going on every step of the way and reassured me right through the procedure.  I went in the next week for an angioplasty no where near as frightened as I was the week before. I can honestly say that I have been hurt more at the dentist, I am amazed to this day how it was done. I watched everything on the screen in fascination as the Doctor was saving my life! I had to stay in for one night as a precaution following the op. I would like to thank all of the staff in the Cardiac Catheter Suite and a very special thank you to Dr Fountzopoulous who in my opinion is a god amongst men! - Yours Sincerely MR A.G.
